1. What twitr.sh is

twitr.sh is a pay-per-call HTTP API that gives software agents access to public X/Twitter data and, where you explicitly connect an account, the ability to act through that account. There is no signup: your wallet address is your account, and each request is paid individually in USDC via the x402 or MPP payment protocols. By making a paid request you accept these terms.

2. Independence from X Corp

twitr.sh is an independent third-party service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. “X” and “Twitter” are trademarks of X Corp. twitr.sh grants you no rights to X's platform, and using this service does not exempt you from any agreement you have with X.

3. Your responsibilities

Write actions (posting, replying, liking, following, DMs, profile changes) run through an X account youconnect and own. You are responsible for how that account is used, including compliance with X's Terms of Service and all laws that apply to you. You are responsible for the prompts and software you point at this API and for safeguarding your own wallet.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not use twitr.sh for: automated mass following, unfollowing, or liking; keyword-triggered reply spam; harassment or impersonation; activity that is unlawful where you operate; or attempts to probe, overload, or interfere with the service itself. The API deliberately omits engagement-farming endpoints — these uses are refused by design, not merely discouraged. We may refuse or terminate service to any wallet engaged in prohibited use.

5. Payments and refunds

Every paid call quotes its exact price in a 402 response before your wallet signs anything. Payment settles before the work runs. Failed calls are never charged: validation errors reject before payment, and upstream failures are not billed. Completed calls are final and non-refundable — the data or action was delivered. Monitors are prepaid by the hour and stop at expiry; deleting a monitor early does not refund remaining hours. Resource-creating calls accept an Idempotency-Key so an honest retry never double-charges.

6. Service changes

Endpoints, prices, and limits may change as the platform we read from changes. Pricing is always quoted per call before you pay, so a change never affects a request you already paid for. We may add, alter, or retire endpoints at any time.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind— including availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Public-platform data can be incomplete or stale. To the maximum extent permitted by law, twitr.sh's total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid to twitr.sh in the thirty days before the claim arose.
